About me
I’m Kira, a photographer and visual storyteller with a passion for creating meaningful imagery and visual content that tells a story.
I graduated in 2021 from the University of South Wales with a First Class degree in Photojournalism. Since then, I’ve gained experience across photography, videography and storytelling, working on a variety of creative projects both independently and within organisations.
My journey has included freelancing as a photographer, working as a Media Assistant at The Box Plymouth, and my current role as Social Media & Content Coordinator at Dartmoor Zoo, where I create photography and video content, develop campaigns, and manage social media strategy.
Alongside my professional work, I specialise in capturing authentic moments, from the unique personalities of dogs and their owners, to the atmosphere of events and the stories behind brands.
Whether I’m documenting a special moment, creating imagery to showcase your business, or capturing the connection between people and their pets, I focus on creating visuals that feel genuine, memorable, and personal.
